The 2014 Honda Insight comes in three trims: Insight, Insight LX and Insight EX. A Honda Integrated Motor Assist™ powers it, and it's equipped with a 1.3-liter i‑VTEC gasoline 4-cylinder engine and a 10-kilowatt electric motor that produces an incredible 98 horsepower and 123 lb.-ft. of torque. 

You can further maximize your fuel efficiency by pressing the ECON button, which modifies throttle control, CVT operation, idle-stop duration, air conditioning and cruise control, (if equipped). As an added bonus, EcoAssist is included with every model, and it uses an adaptive color display to let the driver know his overall driving efficiency.

Interior

The inside of the 2014 Insight is known for being quite spacious and comfortable; you can easily and comfortably fit up to five people, and with its 60/40 split rear seatbacks that give you up to 31.5 cubic-feet of space when folded, you never have to worry if you have enough room to store all your belongings.

Other technological features include a 160-Watt AM/FM/CD audio system, an MP3/Auxiliary input jack, MP3/Windows Media® audio (WMA) playback capability, speed-sensitive volume control and the available Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System™ with voice recognition, FM traffic and rearview camera with guidelines.

Safety

The 2014 Honda Insight, like all other Honda vehicles, is equipped with some of the best safety and security features available. It all starts with its Advanced Compatibility Engineering body structure, which is designed to provide the upmost protection in the event of a head-on collision.
